Abstract:

Information and conversation era isn't extraordinary withinside the virtual era. As statistics and conversation era grows, this can have an effect on the improvement of statistics era in various elements of human existence. One of the maximum crucial elements of human existence is health. Thanks to the sophistication of statistics and conversation era on this virtual era, health statistics provider gadget became an increasing number of developed. In this era, humans also can gain health statistics offerings in one of the e-health gadget “Halodoc”. Based at the above background, the authors are inquisitive about doing this studies with the title “Technology Development In The Health Sector” Halodoc“. This studies makes use of qualitative method with case look at method. The outcomes of this look at display that the portrait of using statistics and conversation era in health statistics provider gadget “halodoc” consists of the choice of medical doctors as companions who offer health statistics; choice of various health statistics content; socialization of “Halodoc” health statistics provider primarily based totally on web, social media, and alertness in googleplay; and goal choice amongst teenagers and adults who recognize all of the provisions while getting access to health statistics withinside the site “Halodoc”.

Title : Tchnology Development In The Health Sector

Introduction : 

 Health application is an application-based program that offers health-related services and services. In Indonesia, one of the easiest health applications to find is the telemedicine app, which is health services remotely and using communication. The first benefit of health applications is to disseminate information to educate and increase public awareness of health. In order to attract users, some of them are equipped with gamification features and are connected to social media.

Halodoc application is a doctor application. The purpose of the establishment of Halodoc is to simplify access to health by utilizing online so you can interact directly with the doctor of your choice via smartphone. Halodoc, provides a wide range of doctors from different specialists and experts in their fields. Halodoc connects doctors with you directly and anytime. Yes, you can use the app anytime 24/7, so you can use the app 24 hours a week, whenever you are. Halodoc was launched in 2016, has an interaction service that can be used easily because this application is supported by a capable internet network capability.

Alodokter is the number one digital health platform in Indonesia with more than 26 million active users every month, and more than 30 thousand doctors who join. Since 2014, alodokter has excelled in providing health information that is accurate, easy to understand, and accessible to anyone, anytime and anywhere. All health information available at alodokter is prepared in Indonesian alomedika platform which is specially made for doctors to support the continuous circulation of medical information for fellow medical personnel, so that it is expected to improve the quality of health services in Indonesia.

many people consult using these two application when sick, i want to know how many people are interested in these two apps and why they choose one of them.

Method : 

Collecting data in the form of a questionnaire through a google form filled out by 21 students. I made 10 questions that they filled with their opinion between choosing to use halodoc or alodokter, and explained their advantages of using the application and also choosing one of the two applications.

Result : 

Based on the 21 people I distributed questionnaires, the result was that most of them preferred to use the halodoc application, because the features were easy to use by everyone, and the doctors responded in a friendly manner, in the halodoc application there was also a feature to buy drugs from the nearest pharmacy, besides that at the halodoc application also has a consultation feature with a specialist doctor but it is paid. but this application is free to use when consulting a general practitioner.

Discussion : 

In my opinion, based on the results of the questionnaire that I have made and have been filled in by friends. First, why do most people prefer to use Halodoc? because consulting using Halodoc is easier and you can directly chat privately by general practitioners or specialist doctors, and after consulting the doctor immediately prescribes drugs that must be purchased to cure the disease, the doctor also explains the illness clearly during the consultation, and if necessary to consult again the doctor will schedule the patient when they should consult again and this is done free of charge at no cost if consulting a general practitioner. different from Alodokter when using Alodokter we do not immediately consult a doctor but we write down what the patient's complaints are and then the Alodokter application will show answers from other previous patients who had the same complaint.

Conclusion : we know that everyone must have felt sick, and not everyone can come directly to the hospital to check or consult a doctor directly, therefore the creation of a health application to make it easier for people to consult online anytime and anywhere. This is very easy for all of us, and we can also directly buy drugs using this application. and the results of the questionnaire that I have given and have been filled in by 1 person and most of them have used the health application and many also prefer to use the halodoc application because of its easy features and many advantages as described. My advice for the Alodokter application is to be able to change the features to make it more practical and easy to use.
